She is probably more nervous than you. So be a man and take responsibility for making her feel comfortable and at ease. Make her feel safe and relaxed. Just talk together like you normally would, make her laugh (that will make any tension disappear). Offer her drink/food - either some snack you got at home (if not than buy some chips, girls like that) or you can order something together when she comes (pizza, or whatever she likes). Then just suggest to watch something on netflix. When watching the movie or series or whatever you will watch, you obviously want to be close to her, so you can just casually put your hand on her arm when you for example tell her something (maybe pointing out something in a movie) and then just leaving the hand there. Or whispering her something funny in the ear.
The main point is that you want to slowly and gradually decrease the distance between you two and then just keep increasing the time you two are touching. But this escalation process begins already the moment you see her. You also have to look at her reactions. If she doesn't back off when you touch her or when you are close to her, then next time go for longer touch or more proximity. Just don't be too pushy, be super casual, relaxed, warm and make her smile/laugh.
If nothing happens at the end, don't worry. Actually, don't even think about something happening. That will only give you the mindset that you want something from her and it will mess up your vibe. Just treat it like hanging out together like any other time and that's it.
Just be yourself, be normal, relaxed and in good mood and most importantly - make her feel good. Let things happen naturally.
