Hsv1 is insanely common. Like 2 out 3 people have it. Hsv2 not so much but still common. I know you can take valtrex and there is a bunch of misinformation out there so be careful. I would join a Facebook support group and get real actual solid advice. I am guessing it’s not going to be as bad as you think. Understand exactly what has to be present in order to transmit
