It'll probably take some calibration to find the best wording, but you're on the right track. You want to put it out there in a playful, secure way. Maybe use a historical (Napoleon) or pop culture (Lil Wayne) reference?
The tricky part is going to be doing it in a way that makes them think you're referring to your dick being small. Unless it's small too, in which case you might want to just embrace the ambiguity so their expectations stay in check.
Anyways, there are a lot women out there dont care much about various physical features, but a confidant woman will always want a confidant man. Always be comfortable in your own skin.

Maybe "Tall enough to ride the best rides, short enough to fit comfortably on a plane"?
Also, there's probably a way to do it subtly with a picture. You don't want to hit them over the head with it by standing next to a tall friend, but maybe a picture happens to include an object that provides a standard frame of reference.
Something that they would only noticed if they lingered long enough to gauge your height on purpose.

For sure. You just don't want to do it in a jarring way. You're only a few inches below the average and you're still taller than a lot of women, so you want to convey that.
Put yourself next to someone tall and suddenly she's going to mentally round your height down even further. That doesnt help anything.

That's a weak bio. Post a picture of you doing a sport or running and smiling in the sunshine; let your actions be louder than your words. The reason I find that bio weak is because you're using two words "short" and "sweet" that sound girly.

I’d be upfront about your height in a clever way. Make a joke about it. I know men can be insecure about their height but that’s not something that’s ever been a deal breaker for me or most of my friends. We’ve actually got a running theory that short guys are usually packing 😆
