It sounds like you have a shot but you lack the knowledge.

To answer, maybe she was hitting on you, maybe she wasn’t, it’s ultimately your judgement, read her expressions, body language, reactions, etc.

In my eyes, she was mainly just being nice but was a little interested, you had the perfect opportunity to draw her in, but you played it poorly.
