Cold approaching and dating while having depression

I would go to therapy to get this handled.

I experienced depression for a majority of 2021 and I had no desire due to lack of expressing myself as well. I recommend making sure you are happy before focusing on dating. Find something, such as a routine or new hobby, that makes you motivated and go from there.
