Don't think of it as seduce. This person left a relationship so you know they like relationships. If your not wanting to be in a relationship with this person then it super noticable. Just the best you. To kind. Be stable. And work on your goals. And no she isn't a goal. She is a person you have a crush on. While you are finishing up you goal(finishing up that novel you writing for example) maybe you can invite for a coffee to listen to some of your story beats. And if she responds well and conversations with you over the coffee. Tell you how much of a good listener she is and how nice is to talk someone who makes you feel comfortable to spit ball some story ideas. Then you listen to her. Be a good listener. That's the best thing you can do.
