Getting the gist of what you are asking, I will weigh in. In the case of consensual roleplay, dynamics of dominance and submission are frickin' awesome!
In the context of controlling someone non-consensually in directions they don't want to go, however? Unethical, hurtful, and sociopathic.

It can be if you abuse your power.

When you abuse your power. Keep in mind the woman is voluntarily giving you power due to trust, emotion, etc etc.

Seduction is manipulative, is what it is but theres choice at the end.
