Absolutely. I get tested sometimes. Like.. flirt tests to see if I can handle something she says. Or even just humor to see if I feel the same way about something. So yea it's a little hard to balance the authenticity and ego while trying to stay focused on being a genuine guy. Obviously I don't want to be a nice guy or an actor, but I often try and find a good equal without misrepresenting myself after a first encounter.

I’d say, screw “the zone”….try and just be comfortable being normal. Youre a cool and fun guy right off the bat. Plus ambiverts are awesome.
You can’t keep the zone forever anyway. She’ll realize it’s just an act and then you’ll lose her.
You already sound like a cool guy. Being new to relationships is irrelevant. Your instincts are millions of years old. There is no “trick” or “magic word.”
100%. I tend to overthink so yea. It's an anxiety thing for me by far. And just lack of real-world experience with women in general. Tough but it is what it is. I don't find myself to really be a full on actor but I tend to exaggerate my charm or value as a man. But doesn't everyone? Isn't that flirting? I think it's easier to go with the flow like you said.
I am not a cool guy hahaha. I often even tell people this word-to-word. Makes me feel more comfortable and not a complete jagoff. So yea my intent is to be someone who is just trying to live his life without overthinking everything and maybe finding the right person to spend my time with, if it happens of course.
