Do you just want to hook up for a night or actually get into a relationship?
Because if your just trying to hookup, start talking to her, then ask her to dance, if she agrees, slowly start breaking the touch barrier, hold out your hand and guide her, hold her hips when shes dancing, then go in for a kiss, if she is into all of that, then try to make out with her, if she is still into it, then invite her back to your dorm.
Girls dont like being super direct, they like slow escalation, there are almost no girls that want to instantly start kissing you after talking to you.

This guy or gals advice is really good. The only thing I disagree with is the netflix thing a bit. I graduated a couple years ago and in college, girls seemed to fairly down to come over to ‘watch’ Netflix. Obviously the other angles outlined above seem better, but I wouldn’t full discount an invitation to watch a movie. I mean going over to a friends house to watch a movie isnt a slutty thing to do and ‘things’ just happen sometimes.

Oh yeah it certainly does! I would not suggest this except to a guy in college. Your ideas are much better, but if OP is lazy, dont discount the netflix and chill when it comes to college girls.

Now is the time, you will never be in a situation like college again where there are single women everywhere. After college it becomes near impossible unless you’re really good looking or really charming.

This is factual. Everything related to women is easier in college. There schedules roughly align with yours. Highest percentage of single people. More attractive people. More down to swing by a place for lunch on campus relative to lunch in the real world. Hindsight is 20/20. Realize your situation while you’re still in it and capitalize op

Well after college all those girls get married and the pool gets even smaller so you’ve got to find your way into something in college. I’m realizing why men on average date women younger than them, because the pool of available attractive women their age shrinks quickly over time.
