Every woman you date and are intimate with is a friend with benefits. Or, someone you are dating casually so to speak. Until SHE asks you to stop dating other people, agrees to do the same herself and wants to be exclusive. Its on her to tell you she wants you to be her boyfriend. And if she does and did not tell you. She only has herself to blame.

For me is exactly the same than looking for any other kind of relationship. meet someone, have fun, and eventually scalate. But when the time is right (is better if.you have this talk after you have been intimate already) tell her that you like her and have fun with her but you are not looking for a serious relationship right now (you can add your reasons here) but if is fine with her you would like to keep hanging out. If she agrees with this you are basically set, just keep hanging out. You don't even need to put a label to it. Eventually when you develop more the "friend" part in the relationship and you are more.open to each other you can talk and make it "official" . In my experience if you state that you want a fwb from the begging, almost no one will accept. Most girls needs to trust you first and make sure you are worth of it (be someone fun to be with and a decent fuck). Remember that any decent looking girl could get a fwb easily, so they are not throwing themselves at the first random guy that asks. (Maybe If you are in the .01% of good looks this can change but im not, so I don't know).
