Yeahh, telling her you liked her wasn't the best idea. I usually only tell girls that after we've had sex a few times and I genuinely enjoy their company.

I'd say get out of your own head, act like she isn't seeing anyone and try to initiate a hang. If you have fakes going out to a bar or maybe a Houseparty if not. If those two aren't available try to do a walk around town date. DO NOT call it a date when asking her about it but definitely try to hangout asap. During the date do the usual escalation and try to break that touch barrier asap. That should let you know how she feels about you.
