If you are so sure that she likes you, why are you so anxious?
Literally all you have to do is treat her like a human being and things will fall into place. Just hi and introduce yourself if you can't think of something interesting to open a conversation with.

If she likes you she will be glad you talked and reciprocate. It really is that easy man, especially if she likes you. Don't think that much about it, she's not going to be a bitch to you for no reason.
Or say...hey aren't you in my xx class? I'm (your name).
