Not much at all, girls' mood can change in a manner of seconds.You can make them from hating you to laughing at your jokes to feeling aroused in 10 mins, as long as you push the right buttons.If you see that shes uncomfortable, lay back, chat for a bit more to build raport and then push again.

When they say they have boyfriends they're "calling an audible" otherwise known as trying to get rid of you. Even if a girl has a BF, if she finds you appealing she will chat with you anyway and hide the fact she's dating somebody.
