I was on a date last night with a chick I met through cold approach. As we spoke for about 35-40 minutes just getting to know each other I made a comment about how I need to eat more food because I’m so skinny. I told her look at my wrists and told her to put her wrists on the table to compare our wrists. She complied(Key is most times on a date a women will comply with Kino tier one touching)
As she put her wrists on the table and we compared I reached out and put my two fingers around her wrist to see how thick her wrists actually are. At this point I established Kino escalation. From there I pulled my fingers down and grabbed her hand and held it gently.
She did not resist what so ever and I have used this technique dozens of times. After I held her hand for about 10-12 minutes all while still talking with her about funny shit. She was laughing her ass off and I made no comment about holding her hand.
Now this was the first date! If this was the second date I would do the same only moving my hands to her thighs now and sexualizing it.
You need to come up with ways to be smooth about escalating. Most women will comply with tier 1 kino. You just have to be smart and think of something and execute it.

The issue is he’s leaving it up to the girl to grab his hand. Never leave it up to her or she could decline. Always take the lead. He would be better off just reaching and grabbing her hand.

Make her laugh. And I wouldn't touch her until she touches you first. When she is comfortable and interested enough she will rub your arms and such. Every shy person has a talkative side to them when they are comfortable. It takes time and emotional connection to open her up. Making her laugh will help. If she doesn't ever then chances are she just isnt interested in you.

But chances are he IS telling the truth. You too keep fighting over a girl that neither of you has made a move on yet lol. At this point, she probably only sees you 2 as being freindzoned.
No need to text her before the date. The more you contact her the more you give her opportunities to cancel the date.
