Sexualizing the conversation doesn't have to be all about the words and verbals. Its more so about body language and sub communication.

Before you start saying things that show intent or complementing her, you need to set a sexual vibe. Hold stringer eye contact, dont be tense, smirk more than full out smiling, talk more slowly, get closer, touch her more or lower the tone of you voice to one that is more deep than usual. This will make sure that she knows what's on your mind and the verbal become a fun supplementary potion of the vibe or tone. Also when the vibe is set she will usually be more inclined to also communicate her intent aswell (if she is interested. For the love of God pls make sure you've built comfort and guaged her interest before starting this, please).

From there on its like a fun game where you can flirt and hopefully start leading to a situation where good things can start to happen.

Not saying this is guaranteed to work but its a good baseline to start and build your own style after a few interactions some experimental work. Also be aware of her reactions. Throw some tests out to guage her responses. If they're rigid build more rapport, make it more loose and fun. If they're positive start building on that. If she flat out rejects the idea, then it probably isn't going to get any further.

I have two answers for first question:

1) Just tell her what is on your mind..

You: "You've been on my mind quite a bit lately"

Her: "Oh yeah?"

You: "Yeah,, find you to be so gorgeous. Even thinking about how that first kiss could feel like.."

Then at that point be direct, ask her over for a movie night or something.

2) Just be complimentary of her looks so she knows how much you are attracted to her. Maybe even send her cute selfies.

And for your second question just be curious. If she brings up something say "Tell me more."

Also, don't be afraid to feed off the subject and tell a story. Like if she says she got peaches from store but turns out they are rotted. After asking a follow up question you can share a shopping story or a story of a major food let down. Just try to make it funny.
