I met this woman about 1.5 months ago through work. She worked at a different company than me so no conflict there.

I noticed her originally as she kept giggling at the conversations I was having with other people whenever I made a joke, not interacting with me just kind of background giggling.

I had probably 10 interactions with her and the IOI were really off the charts. She openly paid me compliments on my appearance, would have a huge glowing smile every time I went near her, laughed constantly when I spoke to her, blushed, kept giving me these long stares with the top of her eyes, and when I held eye contact with her for a couple of seconds longer than normal she'd notably put on a huge smile and go slightly red. She kept qualifying herself too, saying things she was good at and liked and kept asking things about me (were I was from, what I liked to do etc).

I already had her phone number through work as I have had to call her before so I didn't have to ask for it, I so I tried shooting her a couple of messages to see if she wanted to talk outside that context, but weirdly, she played no part in them. She kept replying in kind of a professional tone and didn't carry the conversation. I was fairly surprised to say the least. It may have been stupid to message her when I had her number for work, but I couldn't ask for her number a second time when I already had it.
