So I joined a club at my college and during our second meeting a girl comes in late sits next to me and starts playing with my feet

I reciprocate a bit but mainly start joking and playfully teasing her she was laughing and seemed to be enjoying herself then I asked about the dog she had as her phone background and then proceeded to blab about my dog for a while after the club meeting we sat there and talked for a bit before going separate ways i should have tried getting the number then

I kind of hinted that we should meet to have our dogs socialize since their young but didn't press it she honestly didn't seem too interested when I started talking about dogs I honestly think she was more interested in me as a person should I push the dog date idea or go for something else assuming she's not bored that I didn't flirt back hard enough
