What things can you do or do you do to get women to invest more emotionally in you?

I've noticed that while I'm having good conversations in my approaches with women, they're still not getting emotionally invested in me as a suitor, of course, this is difficult to do in such a short amount of time in your approach. The girls are neutral simply because they probably have tons of options. So the goal here is to get her to invest in me emotionally, so once we're done with our interaction, and I get the number, she's still interested long after. One way to probably get her to invest more is qualifying, and if you guys have any good qualifying statements help out.

I'm trying to get women to invest more emotionally in me in our interaction, usually around 20 min, particularly in a non bar non club venue mostly in the day.
