OK, so iam currently studying at university and theres this american exchange student (girl) who i really like. We see each other 3 times a week during class and i have no problem initiating conversations, making her laugh or eye contact awkwardness. I've known her for about 4 weeks now and it's really confusing to me because she is here to study and have fun, if this were a girl who lived in my country i would have no problem asking her out. So what iam asking is how can i go about letting her know i like her more then just a friend without it seeming like i want a long term relationship? because after all she is leaving in 4 months.

p.s She goes out only with other exchange students and i find it really awkward when iam with them.
