Don't go for a movie, that's the shittiest date one can do, as you can't speak with the girl easily.

Otherwise, it depends on the girl, if you only spoke with her a little, or feel that she is not very comfortable with you, you may just go for something short (one or two hours) like eating with her, then tell her you had a good time and end the date.

If you feel she is comfortable with you, you can do something more elaborate.

Personally I don't do anything fancy, for example, I may walk with the girl at a park or across the lake in my city, grab some ice creams, go to the beach (in summer ofc), museum, or even shopping, have fun and then I may tell her to go home with me , telling her that we can cook dinner together or watch a movie and then I get intimate with her.

Too young to go for a drink? Food is ok, definitely no movie. You want to be sure you can be next to her IMO (eating across the table doesn’t work very well). Maybe just some appetizers and sodas if you are under 21 (makes me chuckle, been a while since I was a young pup).

You could always try to make her dinner at your place too or something (also assuming you have a place).
