you ask them outright, that would be the way to go. you may seem like a perv if you hide your intention in the beginning, like befriending the girl first while having this ulterior motive of having sex with her later--treating friendship as a means to an end. this works on tinder, where consenting adults are open minded about sex. make it clear in the beginning that youre looking for a friend with benefits and ask them whether they are up to it or not. and most importantly respect their decision. and also a girl may say yes now but that doesnt mean its yes forever. peoples minds change a lot and its important to be cool with it :)
