Basically change how you frame every interaction... Are you talking to girls to GET something from them?... Or are you talking to them because you know you're the shit, and you're giving them the gift of talking to you?

Maybe I'm being dense but realistically you are trying to get something from them no? I mean if you are doing multiple cold approaches you're trying to get numbers > dates> close, etc.
