She says I all I think about is sex, even though I clearly don't. I really want to make it work but sex is a huge part of my life as a guy and if I'm not getting it from her why am I in a relationship?

How old are you? This could be the answer in itself.
You sound young. That could be a BIG reason. If she is inexperienced, she may not be comfortable yet. I have dealt with this before. It happens. Everyone is different. If you love her, just support her and do your damn bet to find out what she likes, and give her that satisfaction.
