Never ask a fish how to fish, ask the fisherman.
This is oversimplified. If you ask an immature girl what she "wants in a man," of course that's not going to give you much good information.
But getting to know women, being around women, can give you a lot of information about what they want. Often not in what they directly say, but reading between the lines and looking at what they do.
Though in this case, the girl who posted, said that trying to number close "out of the blue," would not work so well. This is true.
She also mentioned the idea of catching her when she's not being slammed with work. While swooping in after she gets off work may or may not work, the basic idea is sound. Talking to people when they're not stressed the fuck out, will be a better interaction than trying to cut through all the frustration.
