Hi everyone. I don’t know what it is. I’ve been reading up on the cold approach and other techniques a lot (using this sub too) and watched all kinds of videos. But when I go aout and try to apply them, for some reason I just block out. I try to be confident and approach women, but it’s just as if my body and mind suddenly “don’t want to anymore”, and I feel like the shy guy in highschool all over again. I’m 5’8, and I know I can’t use that as an excuse, but I feel like it’s always contributed to me not being able to ask girls out (my height is not that important but it might give you a better image of me).

Yesterday was a new low for me. A girl from my group of friends (let the record state; not one that I’m interested in) went en walked with me through the club (it’s smaller but if I’m going to explain all that this gets off topic) to see if there was a girl I’d find cute and could ask out. We didn’t see anyone, but I realized that I didn’t like this at all. Now I’m a guy who can’t even point out a girl and strike up a conversation with her? Anyway, I was wondering if anyone here has had that same “block” in their way and how they removed it (made it smaller). Or if you’ve got some tips for me that would be great too. Thanks
