You are over thinking it. Just get her name. If you already know it find some reason to start a conversation. The parking lot, the hallways, building, class, the school, you have a lot in common for a good part of the day. Ask questions that she can't answer with yes or no. How, why, when. If you can get her talking then you can get her number, class tips, studying, or collaborative work. Real work. Then turn the conversation to emotions, and ask more questions. You can do it have confidence in yourself. If you make a mistake, don't beat your self up, try again. If she doesn't reciprocate the same feelings then your friends and call it good.

Thank you. This wouldn’t be look at as weird or creepy? Like I said I think i’m the only one that wants or even acknowledging what’s happening. I just wish there was more answers or what to look for.

The only way to know for sure is to ask. "You know when Mrs. Jones said that (subject) were you thinking the same thing I was? I thought I saw you say something but I couldn't hear you." After you started a conversation, take it anywhere you want, let her speak, be engaged in the her words and respond how she responds, try and relate and ask another question. Before you know it your got her number and are texting, then ask her out for coffee or a movie.
