First off, many regulars on this sub are very anti-text game, they prefer using it only as a means for setting up a meet up. That being said, this seems like a pretty extended convo for someone who didn't even remember your name.
I think after "Her: Hahaha the burning question. I want to say mark but I don't think that is right. I remembered it all night tho! Then the night faded away haaaa", you should've said something more along the lines of "yeah everyone was pretty wasted haha" and just continued into setting up a meet up. I feel like after that you're just teasing her, "tell me what you do remember", as if your impression at this point is that she was some drunk girl who was acting like a buffoon. No rapport was built other than allowing her to match a name to your blurry face from the other night at the bar.
If I were in your position here, I would've cut to the chase rather quickly, attempting to create a meet ASAP. Example:
You: "Hahaha we were all pretty messed up. This was friday right lol?**" (I think asking for confirmation on the day is a little stiff, you both know it was Friday, the only really good way to say that is by jokingly confirming it as a result of drunkenness which doesn't work as well via text.)
Her: Yuuup Friday at x place I know that much!
You: Well it was a fun night from what I remember so we should meet up again sometime haha. Let's get coffee Tuesday at x time to try and piece together that night."
This is an alternative to that situation. The "so we should meet up again sometime haha." is a debatable message that could kill your whole game so be careful with that.
Take this a lesson, there are no failures in this business unless you do something truly bad, everything you do here helps you in the long run. When you re-engage, I think you should wait 1-2 days, then initiate and get a date set-up as soon as you possibly can, telling her where and when and not asking when she's free. You're in charge.
This is just my opinion and I'm only trying to lead a helping hand, sorry if I seem like a jerk for any reason. If you have any questions about what I said or if I butchered any explanations feel free to reply and I'll do the best I can.
Good luck!

Nice advice. Curious. How would you respond if she says she can't make the date and time that you stated due to ?

If she says she's busy and can't make the date due to x excuse, then you are forced to believe it's genuine, calling her out is rude and is negative towards your self-esteem as well as possibly contributing to painting women in a bad light. You never know for sure if she's telling the truth, but you should always assume people are honest about these things, otherwise they aren't worth talking to.
When she says that, a good go to response is as simple as it would seem. "Oh okay have fun! We'll get together another time." Then proceed to open up the new conversation in the future with "Hey how was your thing? Let's get together at x time and talk more about it!" You really don't have to think too hard about these minute details, just be straightforward.
If she declines again, usually it's a good idea to drop her, but maybe one more and if you are lucky enough to get a reply it'll probably be no. But what do you really have to lose.
Have fun and best of luck.

Another good question I have for all is what are some good dates?
Good dates are fun dates. Coffee and getting to know someone new is interesting and exciting for both parties so it is typically fun. There are many other ideas, just try and think of good fun activities, never anything too heavy like a formal dinner though.

Why not just ask her to grab a drink/coffee sometime? Do it somewhere before you start doing the math.
This is the way I see it there are two options with all these random girls you meet/numbers added to phone:
1) Chat a little, flirt a little it fades out never speak again.
2) Take a chance ask her if she wants to grab a drink sometime
That's it. If you look at the choices like that it's pretty obvious that even if the second one doesn't pan out you're no worse off than if you did nothing.
