GO OUT AND APPROACH. TAKE ACTION.

It's a good thing you made this approach because it shows that you're proactively doing something. But there are still SO MANY resources out there that can give you answers right this seconds. Try the sidebar. Try using Google. Try the many other PUA resources (e.g. rsdnation).

I personally love rsdnation since I resonate with RSD's material, but maybe you won't. It's worth checking out, and if it doesn't work for you, then you still learned something.

But at the end of the day, you need to practice, not accumulate knowledge that is useless without the necessary context and experience to implement it correctly. Go out and approach. Go to bars or clubs or public parks or public transportation or wherever and open sets.

Just go out and talk to girls. Go out, go out, go out, go out.

Competence and confidence will result from experience, lots of hardships, lots of successes, and lots of failures. There is nothing you can do right this second to suddenly transform into a super-pimp. There is nothing right this second you can do to suddenly achieve god-like confidence. There is nothing you can do right this second to suddenly stop being socially awkward.

Those things happen as a result of lots of experience over a long period of time. So go out and take action. It will come eventually.

I hope I didn't sound like I'm attacking you (I just woke up and honestly I'm a little cranky), it's not my intention. It's just that, 99.9999999% of the problems on this subreddit can be solved by taking action.

You don't need help! Just read Aaron Sleazy's book Minimal Game which I think is great and then STOP GETTING HELP!. Go talk to girls after that with the knowledge from the book and fill in the blanks yourself. You will get laid in at most 90 days or so. If you have this I need help attitude, you would've been like me where I actually took a quasiPhD in seduction and at the end of it it still took filling the blanks by my self to get laid. You simply can't gather enough knowledge by mPUAs alone. You need to learn to paint the Mona Lisa by painting not but reading books about painting and even then you won't paint the exact Mona Lisa. You simply don't need another PUA dating coach to help you. Hang out with your natural friends which could be the best thing that can happen to you. BTW, therapy is also good for you.

There's some good advice in this thread I think. I'm not going to really comment on anything else because I have no idea what your situation could actually be like. I will say this though. Don't stop jerking off. That is the stupidest piece of hippy bullshit I've ever heard. Jerking off feels good. I still approach women. I don't see a problem.
