If you're not a total fool, then committing some social faus pax on the amount of time you wait to contact her turning her off should tell you shes a person not worth the head games! So says I!

Something simple like "Pleasure to meet you tonight!" and gauge her response as she peruses your page.

If she was drunk then i send a message next day in the afternoon time. Morning looks little desperate to me plus if the morning time people are rushing or sleeping. Evening is where people start to wear off.

If she was not drunk then within 30-45 minutes because in this time frame she still remembers me.
