Just force yourself out of your comfort zone 24/7. If you don't, you will stay the same or get worse. But id yoi do then your comfort zone will increase, and soon you will be comfortable doing things such as approaching any girl you want, or doing most things really. The only way to build confidence is to do things that requir confidence, fail, and try, try again.
