You worry too much. Just be your natural self, throw off your mask, and man up. You're a man, behave like one, and they will follow you. Do not set your focus on one girl, it is kinda needy, and they can recognize that. You're 20, live.

Ok first off as a guy who didnt kiss a girl, have a girlfriend or anything related to the opposite sex until 25 I can tell you one thing. your problem is that you are looking for it. When you go looking for it then it never comes. i dont know why it is but I keep comparing it to the lost keys analogy. when you lose your keys, you almost never find it at that moment. Then you give up and go on about your life as if you will never find it and boom you find it somewhere. So my brother my advice to you is to stop looking. Flirt when you meet girls if you feel any kind of chemistry but dont take it seriously. Just talk and flirt a bit. If she seems cool and responsive to you just throw it out there and ask her to coffee or drinks or soemthing casual. if she says no then its all good. there are a ton of women out there. Now your second piece as to how it starts. it happens. when the 2 of you hang out and start hanging out you will talk about it and then you can make it official if it seems right. more often than not it just happens. so dont stress yourself out. immerse yourself in your hobbies and life and just go about it and it will happen. now im not saying just wait wthout doing anything because thats not how life works. you need to be active and ask girls out when you feel a kind of responsiveness but dont be desperate because that shows in your body language and women are turned off by that. just be cool.
