You won't know until you try, for me being called bruh is a huge turn off, but for some girls it's normal. If she's physically touching you, in this case the playful hitting, that's a neg of affection meaning she's comfortable doing it. I would say go for it and see what happens.

Nothing is worse than not trying and always wondering.
