1) Can you start studying in school? 2) Can you get a part-time job? 3) Can you get away? For a trip, a studying course, go shopping, do some hobbies? 4) Can you meet someone online and help them get you 1-3?

To get better in game, you have to get better in game, get better logistics, and deal with your insecurities and traumas inflicted upon you by your family and friends. If you cannot get away from your location and practice flirting, you can practice getting better logistics or resolving your traumas and generally becoming better person. That will go a long way.
