I'm wondering about how to best maintain some control when communicating and planning dates with women who work long hours and have unpredictable schedules for their jobs.

I have a date with a girl on Monday but a couple days ago I told her I wanted to see her before then, and what's her week look like? She said Thursday could work but shed have to get back to me. Not sure how to move forward from here...(this is the kind of situation I have encountered before, too).

This isn't the ideal situation obviously, but do y'all have tips for moving forward? I could get in touch with her today and ask if she was able to make time on Thursday, but I don't know...
