Easy openers are either (1) situational openers or (2) just causally mentioning something about yourself or (3) if you're at a total loss, you can always just ask something about her. All 3 options are great. The only thing to watch out for is that you don't want to just ask and ask and ask questions about her. This is a trap a lot of guys fall into.

Guys are often looking for "the right thing to say," but what they don't realize is that (1) that searching makes them come off as not authentic and (2) there is no right thing to say. The best thing to say, which will make you seem completely authentic, is whatever is on your mind.
