You either find somethong there (bar, restaraunt, taco stand, park) and build a date there. Or you build a date around her location.

You don't need her to invite you to her place - explicitly, at least. She'll demonstrate to you when she's ready for a bit more (how much more depends on how the date is going, the girl, etc.). When you can tell that she really likes you AND you've already got some good physical contact going, say something like "I wish there was somewhere nearby we could go for some more privacy" or whatever the fuck. Or be more blatant and say "why don't go back to your spot." Feel out the situation, create opportunities.

I'd question your premise here. Inviting someone to your place not necessarily casual, no matter where it is. Anyone going back to someone's place knows that something could happen.

Furthermore, if you've built up attraction, then it's not going to be some huge investment. And in any case, if you think that your location is going to be a turn-off, then your thoughts and actions will align with that belief and she will be more likely to agree with you..... as opposed to if you just assumed it should not be a problem. Of course some people will poo-poo the idea because of the distance but there are people who would poo-poo the idea no matter where you lived.

If I take her somewhere closer to where she is familiar with, then I encounter the problem of still needing to take her back to my place to F-close. You may say, "just f-close her at her place". This also poses a problem because it would mean that I am no longer in control of the environment, and second, it means that she has to be the one who invites me to her place.

You're overthinking this. This just takes some calibration. If you build up enough attraction to the point where the f-close is inevitable or really really likely, all you'd have to do is ask her if she needs a ride back. Then when you walk her to the door to kiss her goodnight, you can either ask yourself up (which can be worded to frame it in a non-needy way), or you can just assume that you're going in. I've done both without any problem.

Things you can to do grease the wheels:

If you have built up enough attraction, you can ask if she needs a ride home and add the extra meaning of "do you want to have sex at your place?" with your eyes. This is how I handled it all the time when I lived 30 minutes away from the city.
Figure out the logistics here. Tell here where you live at some point and she may give you an impression of how much she cares about the distance. (She may say, "Wow, that's way the hell out there." Or she may say, "I like that neighborhood," which opens the door for an immediate venue change.) Does she live in a suitable place? Obviously, if she's living with her folks or something, then she's someone you can set aside for later: just #-close her and set up for a Day Two nearer to your home..... then move on to another girl if you simply must have an f-close that night.
