As for the last one, it is an answered question. There have been many posts on physical limitations over the years, including this one. No need to re-ask it.

Took that test a long time ago and got intj. I’m sure I would score differently if I did it now. The best thing you can do for yourself is realize that the personality test is bullshit and not a sure way of determining what kind of person you are. People change, people needs and wants change. Plus, you can’t just categorize yourself into only one way of thinking.
Make yourself flexible that way you perform well in any situation. Forget about the whole personality test situation and focus on the person you want to be. Are you really going to let 4 letters determine who you are as a person?

I scored INTP when I took it. Though you shouldn't put too much into the MBTI.

I see plenty of people use "I'm introverted" as a non starter. I like to spend time by myself too, but that doesn't mean I avoid social situations.

Being social is a skill, if you actually try to get better you likely will.
