Well I'm more of a shoot your shot while youre at it guy. And for clarity, she had messaged me How my day was out the blue (including snaps prior in the day) and I took that as my cue to ask her if she wanted to hang out. And my schedule is really busy right now, so Im not gonna commit to a place and time if I may not be able to make it

Lol I'm not trying to act like something I am not. I genuinely have a busy week all week with pre-made plans and commitments, and there is a lot of move-around at my workplace as well so the schedule there is changing, so I legit don't know when I am free until roughly 5 days from this message I am writing.
She may wait for you or she may have moved on.
In answer to the question on your opening post about ‘is this normal behaviour’, given your responses then it’s understandable from her end
