Tony d said to he does this to his students make them approach a woman and have them twirl while holding your hand.

Just be direct and it will work. All your doing is a little twirl. If you get balsy do a twirl and bring them close like in salsa dance belly to belly and for five seconds.

After that say something like it wasn't as fun as I thought and grin they will be confused and immediately start a conversation. At least that's what worked for me. (I just read his book : I hope it's sunny out. I'm trying to bring myself the balls to scream as loud as I can I'm the king of the world. But eventually ill do it)
