You think she is "THE ONE" and unfortunately we've been lead to think that "the one" exists out there for everybody. It's cute/romantic and all but in real life "the one" doesn't exist. Some people are just more compatible than others.
Basically you are just obsessed with her and she's using you as emotional support because her boyfriend isn't giving that to her. At the end of the day she's unlikely going to leave her boyfriend for you and it's better that you move on. It sucks I know... I was once in your position.
