It’s very likely the reason you’re attracted to her is because you haven’t dated a much older woman and like the novelty of it, plus ... it’s ego.

I had a similar experience myself. In college, freshman year, my biology professor. She wasn’t very attractive, but she wasn’t ugly. She was cute in an endearing way. I would fantasize about “giving” her a sexual experience with a younger guy. Maybe she didn’t feel like she was attractive anymore, and something like that would spark some new life into her and just make her feel better about herself.

You see what was going on? I wanted to feel like a sexual object. She was just an ideal target. So, just be aware of that.

As far as your boss’s boss goes, I would start off with the right goal. You already know your goal isn’t sex. Not because you can’t, but because you shouldn’t. It’s where you work.

But, that doesn’t mean you can’t give her your attention and have both of you enjoy some mutual sexual tension.

In this situation, her hands are tied. She is two levels your superior. She wouldn’t dare make the first move. So, YOU have to open that door 🚪, until the light on the other end is blinding and it starts squeaking.

You have to think very carefully about the “ambiguous” and potentially “misunderstood” signals you’re sending out ... and send them out like an IV drip 💧.

When you talk to her, have it show on your facial expressions, your voice, and other non-verbal communication. Remember, you’re doing her a favor, and there’s nothing wrong with that. That doesn’t make her LESS than you. It’s your pleasure to make her feel good and better about herself. You’re just in it for the flirt and sexual tension.

Verbally, start off with compliments, only because, if you don’t have many opportunities to talk to her, at least get in a soundbite and let her think about it for the rest of the day or week.

“Did you do something to your hair?”

“I haven’t seen you wear those shoes in a while.”

“Are those new pants?”

You can throw in, “Looks nice,” but it’s unnecessary. The subtext is clear ... you’re noticing her and looking at her.

That’s the set-up.

From there on, she’ll enjoy the feeling of (at least maybe only in her fantasy) being desired and wanted by a younger man. She’ll think about it and toy with the idea, and then conclude (privately) if she’s interested in playing along or not.

If not, you didn’t lose or risk anything. That’s the beautiful thing about subtext. Use it. If she’s interested, she will start to reciprocate “in kind.” What that means is, if you have taken things to lvl2, she will go up to lvl2 as well.

So, she may “joke” and say, “I like your new suit.” Pay attention to her facial expressions and tone of voice. Return it back with a “game on” smile, and maybe even add, “Thanks, you bought it.”

Then, when you guys run into each other in the office, make small talk. Just taking the initiative to make small talk with her shows her that she’s not invisible, she exists, she matters.

Indirect compliments leading into sexual tension or invitations for her to shit test you:

“Do you only do cardio or do you also do a bit of lifting too?”

“Have you ever done yoga?”

“Are you more of a Henry Cavill or Ryan Gosling person?”

From that point on, you pretty much should reach a level of comfort where she feels SAFE enough with you to actually MATCH you and participate with you in any kind of flirting or risqué banter with lots of sexual tension subtext.

I find, though, that it’s all in your face and voice. And in order for your energy to come through those non-verbal communicating tools of yours, you need to have the right frame of mind (which should be easy in this case).

But seriously, it could backfire really badly if u try something and she actually isn’t interested. Even though she has made hints and gestures toward u. I’d just try and talk to her more and play it cool. Make her make the move on u unless it’s super obvious she wants u to.
