So I'm looking to make a change.
A little background, I'm a decent looking guy who grew up in a rural area. I have been living in a city for the past 5 years but am still an introvert by nature.
Recently I reconnected with a girl I had been seeing a few years ago. I hadn't been with anyone for awhile and jumped head first emotionally with her. Spent about 3 days with her laughing, fucking and generally being in love.
When I first met her I was seeing other girls and I didn't pay much attention to her which seemed to attract her. But she eventually was fed up with me seeing other girls and stopped seeing me. Now, we've reconnected and I feel like the roles have reversed.
I go out to an event the other night and she is there, she knows that I am there but somewhat ignores me and kisses a different guy that night.
So this makes me feel horrible and I ask myself why?? What I realize is that it boils down to an insecurity in myself. I'm just jealous that she is having fun and I am not. That she has a lot of friends, and I only have a few. That she has excitement and I'm generally bored. That she is connected to and loved by more people than I am.
So I want to grow-up here and make some fantastic changes. I want to be more outgoing and popular. I want to be free of jealousy because I have choices and female attention of my own. But, I love this girl and I don't want to lose her either!
Anyways, I'm hoping this community has some advice or input to help me get a game plan for improving myself.
