When I wake up I read a list of reminders to start off the day. Some things are to remind me of who I am, what I need to accomplish and other things focus on my day to day I.e save money, complete a project etc. (These things don't apply to seduction so I'm going to leave them out)

I think its a good idea and maybe it will help some of you.

Here's some of the stuff on my list:

SEX is NOT the goal. It is the REWARD.

Hobbies! Keep playing squash! Keep lifting and running.
