Get her drunk. Chances are at 17, she doesn't know her limits yet and can't pace herself. Have her take 5-6 shots, or learn some great cocktails that mask the alcohol so she doesn't feel like she's drinking much. Watch some tv while you wait for the liquor to work its magic. Then make some moves and it's on.
