You do not want to make a girl jealous. The reason is it’ll do the opposite of what you want. It’ll make the girl less interested into you and probably subconsciously upset at you. This is not what you want.
To get a better understanding of this situation, how would you feel if that girl took pictures of her with other guys? Would you still be happy to see her and want to get with her or would you be less interested into her and upset?
Edit: In other words simply, jealousy doesn’t work to attract.

Just slowly work on her like any other normal men would do with any other women that they like and then ask her out. Talk to her and just hang out. Text, call, meet in person, etc. Just interact with her and be a cool and awesome person that could make her fall for you. Be the person that can give her the love that she wants and needs. Prove to her why she should like you or even like you even more.
In other words, you need to work your magic on her gradually. Do your thing, man.
