There is nothing wrong wrong with pussying out, don't beat yourself up over it. Being alone is something you should get used to as a male, your all alone in this world but. Don't let it get you down. If you want pussy you got to work for it.

Look into some type of RSD camp or Elliot Hulse camp if you have the money for it. Sounds like being around a social setting with people in a similar situation as you can be really helpful and get you out of your shell. It would also improve your social skills and boost your confidence in social settings. Support groups can be really beneficial and that's basically what those are.

This is going to sound like a daft move. But, give up on her.
I'm in no way saying you're not attractive or good enough for her, but it sounds as though (from what you've said) she's probably aware of your feelings, and doing so (at this stage) might end badly for you.
Get confidence in asking girls out. Go somewhere public and approach people you have less vested interest in, and it won't break you as much if they say no. People will say no. Get good at closing the "yes" in turn she'll (probably) see that you have options and you'll become more appealing to her.
At that time let her know that you've always "kinda" liked her, but don't offer anything committal. It'll work it's way through in the end.

I kinda forgot to specify in my post that I barely know her she doesn't know me also she is a cashier and I think she was checking me out last time I was there. I'm not really that good at telling if people are attracted to me
Sorry for the lack of details

Okay. Still develop your confidence. When she's working go to another till. Subtly make sure she's seen you. When you're there be charming and friendly with whoever it is (guy, girl whatever) make them think "decent guy" don't pay her any attention.
Next time, and the next couple of times after that do the exact same thing. Always subtly make sure she's seen you.
Then go back to her till, do exactly the same thing with her so she feels happy you've chosen to pay her attention. Don't do anything this time.
The next time you go in go to her till, do the same as before then offer your name: "I'm x by the way" if she gives you her name it's an indicator she's happy and comfortable with you.
The next time you go in say "Hi y" and go to another till, do exactly as you've done before making sure she knows you've gone to that other till (subtly)
Then... Go back to her till on the next time in. Be as you've been, friendly, approachable, etc. As you're leaving, make it seem like an after thought and suggest meeting up for a coffee some time - preferably when she's finished work.

Stop with the "lots of eye contact" you want her to want you. You don't want her to think you want to murder her.
A glance when you go in, almost like you did it accidentally, or pretend you haven't noticed her but walk passed her in a way that she has to notice you.
You want her to feel that when you do "notice" her it's because she's special; not because you're desperate. (You might be desperate - No judgement, we've all been from time to time - but she can't know that)

That was once and I usually glance in her direction when ever I walk in and here and there
