So I’m 24 and I’m building an early stage company. I needed some design work done so I hired a junior in college 20 in another city to do some work for me. We’d videochat for every meeting and we had instant rapport from our first conversation. After the work was done I added her on instagram and she followed back, on her page I could see she had a bf. A few weeks pass and as luck would have it my investors flew us out to the state she’s in (it’s a major city) So I messaged her on Instagram and told her I wanted to talk she gave me her number and we FaceTimed that Friday. So I texted her and asked if she wanted to FaceTime she said nope usually she’d say something like oh sorry I’m with friends or something. So I said just for a few minutes no reply, so I texted just wanted to apologize for being rude in kicking you out. She said it was pretty childish and that’s what happens when you only think with your dick. I said can we move on and she said maybe but she’s tired of giving people the benefit of the doubt and second chances. I wait a couple days to reply then said I guess I’m asking for a second chance and to FaceTime me when she could talk because I wanted to talk to her again. No reply, that was like two weeks ago so a few days ago I posted two more photos to Instagram and she liked both of them. How do I handle this? What does it mean? Should I send her a text? I was thinking about sending her a text saying something cocky funny like I see you liked my pics I thought they were pretty good too and then ask if she’d seen the new season of a mutual show we both like that just dropped on Netflix.
