Give her sometime, it comes off as a really lame attempt to ask her out though, instead of trying to come across cute, you should have gone with a compliment that she looked pretty and if she would like to go for a drink, as it's more decisive rather than getting to the multi-choice round of questioning.

We didn't get a chance to look at eachother. She was in front and I was sitting behind her. And when she goofy the Uber it was dark. All I have is her name, number, college and class info. That's it. As I'm still learning, I wanna make another attempt in a few days but not sure how.

You basically want to practice a little more banter to warm them up to the date idea, and build comfort along the way. You want to go back and forth between banter and comfort, just like you would in a real in-person conversation. If you need a crutch to start out, just find a way to incorporate animals. A girl mentioned to me that the only play she saw in her whole life was Mary Poppins, so I said I would dress up as Mary Poppins for our first date to make sure she can recognize me.
