I'd pull back. Go silent for a couple days. See what she does. You've been pushing forward sexually and she's been resisting. If you keep doing that, she's in control of the situation. Maybe she thinks you don't have other options. Back up. Let her do some chasing. If she's into you, she'll come after you. Play hard to get for a little bit and see how it goes.
