When I see a pretty girl i dont know how to approach her and break the ice. Even if I do idk how to continue the conversation and show my interest. I also think down about myself and compare myself to other people.

You don't need to "show your interest." Walking up and talking to her SHOWS HER INTEREST.

Whatever you want opening (depends how you say it, deep voice slow with eye contact)

Qualify her (agree with what she say) Disqualify her (disagree with her but but, you have to be funny and joking not serious)

Ask what she’s doing weekend Ask her if hang out Friday, ask number so you are in contact

Get number, after 2 hours message her with a joke you use before
